Mr Onyeka Kingsley OsujiLaw Lecturer
Mr Onyeka Kingsley Osuji obtained law degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of Nigeria. He is both a barrister and solicitor of Nigeria, and a solicitor of England and Wales. Research InterestsMr Osuji's research interest is on the broad area of corporate, commercial and business law. He is particularly interested in: Company Law; Corporate Governance; Corporate Social Responsibility; Consumer Law; Contract Law; Commercial Law; and Regulation. Mr Osuji has written papers and delivered conference papers on issues such as removal of company directors, law and the Internet, aviation financing, multinational enterprises, corporate governance and corporate social responsibility.
