Forthcoming Events

Friends of the Law School operates as an informal meeting group open to all members of the local legal community and members of the Law School.

The aims of the group are:

To explore topical issues
To create opportunities to seek practitioner, academic and research collaboration amongst members;
To establish a network of expertise
To create opportunities for members of the local professions to participate in the teaching programme and extra-curricular activities at the university
To contribute to the transformation of the Exeter School of Law into a first rate centre of international excellence and an intellectual meeting ground for lawyers throughout the Southwest
To facilitate career development for students and staff of the Law School and members of the professions
