Undergraduate Scholarships

The Goodman Derrick LLP Scholarship
For an undergraduate student in the School of Law and may be used to pay tuition fees, maintenance, accommodation and living costs as the recipient wishes.
The value of the scholarship is £5,000 per year, initially for three years
The scholarship will be paid to the chosen recipient by the University at the beginning of each academic year.
Applicants for the scholarship may be nationals of any country. They must hold academic qualifications that comply with the University’s entry requirements for undergraduate degree programmes.
The scholarship will be awarded in accordance with the selection criteria and procedures currently in place in the School of Law, and in accordance with the University’s policies and procedures for undergraduate degree programmes.
The scholarship will be awarded to one student for three years whilst studying any undergraduate degree programme in the School of Law on either the Exeter or Cornwall campus..

The Leonard Sainer Foundation & Dechert LLP Award
The Leonard Sainer Foundation provides financial assistance to law student who cannot obtain support from other sources. Operating with Dechert LLP the foundation is offering awards of interest free loans to final year students to finance training courses, Legal Practice Courses or Bar Finals. Up to 3 students can be nominated from the School of Law for consideration by the Board of Trustees. Full details can be obtained from the School of Law Reception, Amory Building once made available by Dechert LLP. The competition normally closes in February each year.
