Overview

I joined the University of Exeter in August 2017. Prior to that, I taught and researched at Leeds, Brunel and Aberdeen Universities.

My research interests are in competition litigation and private international law.

I have recently completed a research monograph, examining the private international law issues which are to be dealt with in competition law disputes that arise in a global context.

In 2022, I carried out an empirical study which considers how the effectiveness and efficiency of the current private antitrust damages regime should be enhanced with a view to improving access to justice in competition law cases in English and Welsh courts, and the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal.
