- Directors, the company and stakeholders
- Directors’ duties
- Minority shareholder remedies
- Directors in public companies: remuneration, reporting duties, and strict liability.
- Shareholder democracy and investor protection
- Corporate finance and regulation
- Takeovers and insider trading
- Corporate liability, accountability and governance
- European company law and harmonisationÂ
