- Directors in public companies: remuneration, reporting duties, and strict liability.

- Stakeholder and shareholder primacy models of corporate governance
- Corporate finance and regulation
- Takeovers and insider trading
- ESG (environment, social, governance) and risk management
- Multinational enterprises
