  • Directors in public companies: remuneration, reporting duties, and strict liability.

  • Stakeholder and shareholder primacy models of corporate governance
  • Corporate finance and regulation
  • Takeovers and insider trading
  • ESG (environment, social, governance) and risk management
  • Multinational enterprises
