- Introduction: business enterprise and the company;Overview of business and organisational structures, including introduction to partnership law and LLPs
- Corporate form and structure
- Ownership and control: shareholders, directors and decision-making; corporate governance ;
- Duties and remedies: directors’ duties;
- Shareholder remedies;
