Module Aims
The module aims to make you fully conversant with property offences including theft, fraud and money laundering, the law on secondary parties and inchoate offences and the criminal laws (both domestic and international) which apply to criminal and organisational liability. On this module you will develop core skills which support legal research, enabling you to structure and write your own research project on corporate and organisations crime.
