  • Anthropological and sociological theories of law
  • Natural law theory
  • Positivist legal theory
  • Legal realism (including American and/or Scandinavian)
  • Marxism and Marxist legal theory
  • Critical Legal Studies
  • Feminist legal theory
  • Critical race theory
  • Postmodern theories of law and justice
  • Law and literature
