Miss Lindsey Connett

Lindsey joined Exeter Law School in September 2021. Prior to joining the University, Lindsey worked as a solicitor at a large regional firm for over 12 years, specialising in group actions and healthcare litigation. She holds an LLM masters degree in Medical Law and Ethics.

Lindsey currently teaches on the undergraduate Tort, Employment, and Medical Ethics & Law Foundations modules, as well as Mediation & Dispute Resolution. She has previously taught on the Legal Foundations and Equity & Trusts modules. She convenes the Graduate LLB Tort module. She also undertakes supervision of students on the undergraduate Dissertation and Research Paper modules, as well as postgraduate Masters level dissertation students.

Lindsey is currently undertaking her PhD research, where she is focusing on the legal and social policy implications of scandal in healthcare.

Lindsey is one of the Co-Directors of Admissions for the Law School. She is also the Programme Director for the LLB with European Study and LLB with International Study programmes. She is a previous Director of Mooting, Negotiation and Client Interviewing.
