I am a Senior Lecturer in Law and joined Exeter Law School in September 2017 and currently the Director of Undergraduate Studies . I convene the 'AI and the Law' LLB Optional Module and teach on the Law of Torts module at UG.
My research focusses on legal issues arising from Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (Driverless Cars) and has co-authored the first substantive text on 'The Law and Autonomous Vehicles' (January 2019). I have presented my research at major industry conferences both nationally and internationally and have been cited by several newspapers including the Times and the Guardian.
I was awarded the Outstanding Contribution to Access Award at the University of Exeter Sucess for All Awards in September 2023
I won the Outstanding Supervisor Award in the College of Social Sciences and International Studies at the Exeter Student Guild Awards 2019/2020.
