Moses M'Mutungi

I graduated with a first-class Master of Laws in Law at the University of Exeter Law School in 2020, writing my dissertation on corporate liability. I received the 2019 Global Excellence Award. As a current Global Excellence Scholar, I am pursuing MPhil/PhD in Law at the University of Exeter Law School specialising in the intersection of mergers and acquisitions law and corporate law and governance. Previously, I worked in the corporate and international development sectors in various positions. Additionally, I have been a digital learning developer as part of the strategic delivery unit

at the University of Exeter. I also hold a BA (honours), having received the Vice Chancellor's Award at Daystar University and a Master of Business Administration in finance with distinction.
