Yingtao Jiang

Yingtao is a PhD candidate at the University of Exeter's School of Law, specialising in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting for SMEs in the UK. His research explores the gaps in existing ESG reporting regulations, analysing legal frameworks in the UK and the EU to develop tailored reporting criteria for SMEs. By bridging legal scholarship and policy development, his work aims to enhance ESG transparency while considering regulatory burdens and economic feasibility for SMEs.  In addition to his research, Yingtao is a Postgraduate Teaching Associate (PTA) in Contract Law at the University of Exeter. He has prior experience in corporate and commercial law, with a background in legal research and judicial practice.
