Mr Don Arnavas

Don Arnavas is a visiting professor of International Commercial Arbitration. He received his J.D. Degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C., and has had a diverse career; as a judge—adjudicating contract disputes between the U.S. Department of Defense and its contractors; as an academic—on an adjunct basis at Universities in the Washington area as well as in the United Kingdom and Australia; and as a private practitioner—counseling clients at law firms in Washington.
He is the author and editor, through to its 3rd Edition, of the Government Contracts Guidebook and Resolving Government Contract Disputes Through ADR. In addition, he has authored or co-authored over fifty articles dealing with various aspects of contract law, alternative dispute resolution, and international arbitration.
