Overview

I am a Lecturer in Law at the University of Exeter, School of Law and am teaching Trust Law and Property Law from Jan 2021. I taught Contract Law, EU Law, Trust Law and Property Law at Surrey University from 2019 to 2020. I successfully defended my PhD thesis without any corrections on International Financial Regulation in 2021 at the University of Surrey. My thesis is entitled ‘The Rise of Dagong Global Credit Rating Agencies and International Credit Rating Reform.’ It examined the effectiveness of the recent regulatory reform on credit rating agencies in the US, the EU and China and I proposed solutions to strengthen the financial market to prevent future financial crises. I obtained a LLM Degree (Distinction) in Financial Regulation and Banking Law in 2016 and a LLB Degree (First Class Honours) in 2015 at the University of Hertfordshire. I was awarded the Judges Prize for ‘Excellent Performance in the LLB’. I obtained a Fellowship of HEA in 2020.
