Biography
Zaina Mahmoud is a PhD researcher, based at the Wellcome Centre, undertaking a transdisciplinary comparative socio-legal research project on surrogacy regulation, comparing Britain and California. She recently completed her LL.M in Intellectual Property Law with distinction (2018) at the University of Exeter. She holds a graduate LL.B. (2017) from the University of Exeter and a B.Sc in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario (2015). She currently acts as a postgraduate teaching assistant for Contract Law and Comparative Contract Law.
Additionally, she has taught tutorials in Medical Law at the University of Bristol.
